The long awaited chocolate caramel pretzel tart. I haven’t tried it properly yet, it wasn’t completely cooled down when we had it last night, so I guess I’ll see later on today how it turned out. Could not get over how amazing my raspberry-strawberry pavlova turned out so just had to make mini versions but this time with blueberries and almond whipped cream. Soooooooo delicious again!.. My first attempt to make this mascarpone-ricotta-choc chip roll. It’s ok but not great. Mainly cuz I 1) didn’t have any orange zest for the filling so it’s a bit bland 2) cuz the bottom pretty much burns and I managed to save about 2/3rds of it 3) aaaaand I forgot to put in the butter into the dough…. So hmmm yea my baking was not at it’s best… It’s still eatable and fine.. Gonna make it properly next time. Cuz I was really proud of my fluffy and airy dough! (Ah yea, and another fuck up occurred when I accidentally added double the flour to the egg yolk the first time.. Idiot!..) #bakingproject #foodporn

Made this lovely pistachio-sour cream cake from 333bracket.com and it’s to die for!! So moist and soft and tasty. But it took be about an hour to de-shell all the 140g of pistachios. After the first 30mins my diners got inflamed an painful so I had to carry on cracking them with my teeth. Then I lost sensation in my tongue cuz of the salt and that wasn’t nice. But oh god, the cake’s worth it! Next time might try it with walnuts. π° #bakingproject #foodporn
Hi, I’m Triin and I’m addicted to baking muffins. Yep, the 15/16 I made yesterday are gone (it wasn’t just me! There’s 3 of us here atm!!… Ok it was mostly me..) so I made another batch of 16, this time also with currants and walnuts, but with Ovaltine instead of white hot choc powder, and it still turned out really nice. Omnomnomnom I need to take some to uni cuz 1) people will think I’m awesome for bringing them muffins 2) I will not just eat them all and get fat by myself.
